How Gutsphere works

A whole new level of digestive care.
Built around you.

You shouldn’t have to spend years discovering what might help, connecting the advice, and building a way to use it every day. Gutsphere brings that groundwork into one personal system.

What you learn shapes what comes next.

You have been making
the connections yourself.

Finding information is one job. Discovering the perspective you missed, making it fit your care, and learning from the attempt are others. Every change can ask you to make those connections again.

01 · Knowledge across fields

Knowledge that changes
what you can see.

Digestive medicine, nutrition, pelvic health, psychology, medicines, sleep, and movement can each contribute useful questions. You may not know which perspective to ask for before it becomes relevant.

Gutsphere connects relevant knowledge with what you describe. That wider view informs the starting questions, the explanation, the plan, and the review.

These are fields of knowledge, not a team of clinicians personally assessing you. Diagnosis and treatment decisions stay with your clinician.

Chat · Relevant perspectives

A wider view of the same question.

“My stool is softer. Why am I still straining?”
Those details describe different parts of your experience.

A pelvic-health perspective can bring another question into view. The cause is still unclear.

02 · Practical tools

Put the understanding
to work in your life.

A useful explanation should lead somewhere you can use it. The tools are connected with your goal, current care, earlier attempts, and what you can manage.

A plan that reaches today

03 · Continuing support

Your experience changes
what comes next.

A routine might fit a quiet morning and fail on a workday. A treatment might coincide with more frequent bowel movements while straining remains. A new result might answer one question and leave another open.

Gutsphere helps you examine what was workable, what changed, and what the information cannot yet tell you. Learning can shape the next action, care question, and plan.

What you gain today
is only the beginning.

Immediate value. Compounding value. Transformation.

01

Begin with the groundwork already there.

Questions, relevant perspectives, self-care tools, and ways to plan and review are available from the start. The first questions can help you notice and describe something useful before your plan appears. Your answers make that starting point personal.

A continuing journey.
A clear shape for the next part.

Six weeks gives the work a period for action and review. Three two-week milestones keep review points in view. Daily and weekly experience can inform the plan along the way.

Weeks 1–2Find a useful starting point.

Give the current work a purpose.

Weeks 3–4Use what you are learning.

Review fit, response, and open questions.

Weeks 5–6Review what to carry forward.

Let the next plan build on the experience.

The next six-week plan starts with what you have learned.

Actual milestones depend on your goal and care. Reviews also happen within days and weeks. Six weeks is a planning interval, not a promised time to a health outcome.

Which part of the work
would you most value help with?

The trial gives you a way to judge what the support adds to work you already do.

Finding what matters

Searching. Comparing explanations. Discovering a perspective you had not known to ask about.

Making it work

Fitting routines and prescribed care into your day, and understanding the barriers.

Keeping the learning

Remembering why you tried something and carrying the result into the next decision.

Built from the need
to have this support.

Gutsphere grew from Bimal Maharjan’s lived experience, more than a decade of investigation, and his work as an engineer and entrepreneur. The aim was to make connected digestive support available without each person having to assemble the whole system themselves.
