Gutsphere for investors

Make digestive health accessible, affordable, and actionable for every patient.

We’re building a personal system for digestive care, starting with adults whose chronic constipation has become a daily job.

The work between visits

Life is continuous.
Care is episodic.

Remember the symptoms. Connect them with food, medicines, and routines. Decide what to try. Reconstruct it all at the next appointment. The person carries the work.

Why now: lower AI inference costs at comparable benchmark performance make frequent context-based support more practical to explore. Our thesis is to turn that opportunity into a useful digestive-care workflow people keep using.

Stanford AI Index, 2025 documents the cost trend. It does not establish our unit economics or clinical effectiveness.

The business and the next proof

Membership first.
Earn the next stage.

Consumer subscriptions are the starting business. Connected care teams and organizational partnerships are expansion hypotheses.

We’re raising a $1M pre-seed round to test continued use and payment, repeatable acquisition, and usefulness and outcomes with appropriate clinical review.

  • Do people return and keep paying?
  • Can we reach the next cohort repeatedly?
  • Does the support make a useful difference?

Questions worth asking

A closer look.

Trust and product limits
Privacy policy

Why start with chronic constipation?

It gives us a focused starting point: adults dealing with recurring symptoms, repeated attempts, and uncertainty about what helped. The broader ambition is digestive care. Starting with a specific customer lets us learn which support is useful before expanding.

What can someone use today?

Gutsphere is available on iOS and Android. The current store descriptions cover a six-week plan, daily actions, symptom and care records, pattern review, and a visit brief. The web demo and the screens marked prototype in the deck illustrate the product vision; they are not proof that every pictured interaction is in the current app.

How is this different from general AI or a tracker?

The product brings a person’s history, goals, plan, daily actions, and reviews into one digestive-care workflow. The intended advantage is continuity: carrying context into the next action and appointment. Whether this earns better engagement than other tools remains something we need to demonstrate.

What progress can investors verify?

As checked October 2, 2026, the public Gutsphere YouTube channel shows 1,403,677 lifetime views, 4.42K subscribers, and 1,925 videos. The app is available on iOS and Android; the U.S. App Store shows 4.8 out of 5 from 13 ratings, and Google Play shows 100+ downloads. The channel predates the company. These are audience, distribution, and feedback signals; they do not establish active app users, retained customers, recurring revenue, or clinical effectiveness.

How does Gutsphere make money?

Consumer subscriptions are the starting model. Some features require a subscription; the in-app offer controls features, trial eligibility, local pricing, and renewal terms. Provider tools, sponsored access, and other partnerships are possible future revenue streams. They are not established contracts or proven unit economics.

Why would someone continue after six weeks?

The intended ongoing value is a record of what they tried, what changed, and what remains unresolved, carried into their next plan or care visit. Six weeks structures a plan; it is not a promise of recovery. Continued use and paid retention are central questions for the next stage.

Does Gutsphere provide medical care?

Gutsphere supports self-care and care organization. It does not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and clinician appointments are not included. Patterns do not establish cause. The intended benefits in the deck are goals; Gutsphere’s clinical outcomes remain to be demonstrated.

What will the $1M pre-seed round support?

We are raising $1M to test the foundation of a consumer digestive-care business: continued use and payment, repeatable acquisition, and an appropriately reviewed evaluation of usefulness and outcomes. The deck outlines these learning priorities. Budget, runway, and detailed milestone assumptions can be discussed directly with Bimal.

Who is building Gutsphere?

Bimal Maharjan is the founder. His lived digestive-health experience and background in engineering and product building led him to start Gutsphere. He is not a clinician. The founder story explains that starting point; a conversation can cover the current team and capabilities needed for the next stage.

How can I learn more or get in touch?

Read the three-minute deck, inspect the product and its store listings, then email Bimal at [email protected]. He can discuss the round and share appropriate supporting materials. Our trust and privacy pages explain the product’s boundaries and handling of personal information.
